I cannot sign in. Use the password reset link on the sign-in drawer, then confirm that your browser accepts cookies for this domain. Complete the slide verification step when it appears.
My employer account is pending. New employer accounts wait for administrator verification. Your current status is shown on the account page.
Post a job asks me to register although I am signed in. Sign out and back in once, then open Settings > Permalinks in wp-admin and press Save if your account URL still looks wrong.
Jobs and saved lists
A listing will not open. Ask the administrator to re-save permalinks under Settings > Permalinks. A job that has expired or been withdrawn is removed automatically.
Saved does nothing. The Saved button in the right-hand bar opens the Saved jobs panel on your account page. Signed-in members always see that panel, even when the list is empty. Use Save on a listing to add one.
Privacy and resumes
Who can see my contact details? No public visitor. Only an employer tied to an application you authorised, an administrator-approved publication, or an employer with a valid access pass. Every view is logged.
Which files can I upload? The permitted formats and the maximum size are shown on the upload form in your account page and are controlled by the administrator.
