1. Using the service
CVJOBBOX provides a place to publish job listings and to apply for them. You must provide accurate information when registering and you are responsible for activity performed with your account. Do not attempt to access another member’s private data, resume files or the administration area.
2. Accounts and verification
Candidate and employer accounts are separate. New employer accounts may be placed in a pending state until an administrator verifies them. Membership levels, monthly quotas and one-off contact or resume passes are set by the administrator and may be changed or withdrawn where an account is misused.
3. Listings
Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. Listings that are misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent or that request payment from applicants may be removed without notice. The administrator may edit or remove any content to keep the board safe.
4. Candidate information
Contact details and resumes are private. An employer may view them only through an authorised application, an approved publication request, or a valid access pass, and each view is logged. Redistributing, copying or storing that information outside this service is not permitted.
5. Availability
The service is provided as-is. We may suspend access for maintenance, security work or to protect members. We do not guarantee that any listing will result in an interview or an offer.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
